| The shiny stuff is aluminum tape. The crown of the helmet is the crown of a clown's red fuzzy derby from Party City. Jordi measured himself, designed the armor and cut it out of a sheet of 1/16 polystyrene (not foam). He also shaped the gladius from a 1/4 thick strip ripped off the edge of a pine 2x4. He shaped it using a spoke shave. | ||
